The beginning of our work.

Hi again ,dear friends here are one of the projects I started and its ,a very important project ,for the Iraqis ,it’s the projects of the HEALTH CLINIC CENTER ,and it’s a project consisted of 150 clinic all over Iraq ,it’s a big project and it’s an important one , bid on some of them to take the assessment for these clinics ,and I win to take 2 governors site ,and each governor contain 8 sits ,the two governors are Deyilaa and Anbar it’s a very hard and difficult place to work in but ,these project are for the seek of the good people there not for the terriers ,there for we decided to go ,we was leaving Baghdad at 5.00 Am in the morning ,in two cars on for me and the crew and the other for the equipments ,the road to there is very dangers ,and each day when we get out tell we reach the site ,we get through many difficulties ,and we get many threats ,but also we so a lot of good people ,which helped us and treat us so good .
We started by locating the site and our survey crew start there work by potting there equipment in the land to find the points and the corners of the land ,using the level and the Theo delight ,also others start to deck for the boreholes ,and taking the soil simples for the laboratories for the geotechnical report .
I am not a civil engineer but I got a lot of experiences from being with them .
I am very happy that we did that successfully ,and this was a great experiment ,and I would like for this to be an example. and I would be happy that some day you will be able to work here ,to bring your experience here in Iraq ,we will need that ,Iraq should be an open Area for all to compete and work here according to a cod or a system ,but all should have the same chances .
These projects might be a beginning for the processes of rebuilding Iraq, despite that there is difficulties ,and I know that this is not easy ,but its only the beginning .

The process of rebuilding Iraq.

Hi friends …I told you that I will speak about the reconstruction of Iraq ,and as all you know, this is a long process and it will take a long time before we can see the results. However, it has started and this is a good thing. I received emails and I got some advice from my dear friend, Hameed, asking me to be careful about what I am going to publish, so there's no information that might hurt some people. I'd like to tell them: don’t worry, guys. I am more careful with others' lives than with my own.OK, let's begin. As I told you, this process is so long, and it will depend on so many conditions and reasons, and many circumstances.Always there is a good side and a bad side, and each side will take control if it is better than the other. As you all know, there are a lot of big and famous companies who entered Iraq for the reconstruction work. Anyone would be happy to see all these companies participating in the reconstruction of Iraq.But this is the front page only. Unfortunately, it isn’t as beautiful as you see or hear.As I told you, there are so many difficulties and these difficulties help in one way or another to harm this big process that we have all been waiting for for a long time and help to make the situation on the ground worse and worse.Why? Because these companies didn’t study Iraq or the Iraqi people and the Iraqi environment, this makes for them a deep problem, contributing to losses of huge amounts of money, and the latest report shows that the Pentagon lost about 9 billion dollars, and believe me, much more than that has been lost and there will be continuing losses.As I got to know the American people, from speaking and talking and dealing and working with them, I realized something: the majority of the Americans don’t know anything about Iraq; they just came here because they wanted to participate in this process.And, yes, the security problems have a deep effect on this, and I know that the whole system is different there. But we must do something between the two of us to make it work. Your system just doesn’t work here, and as you see, it makes for a lot of problems, affecting both you and us.And I can prove what I say: imagine that the construction manager or the civil engineers and the electrical and the rest of these foreign companies can't get out to the site to see what's happening and to see how the work is going because of the security issue, so they have to depend on the Iraqi nationals to do the work. This is the best thing they did, but because they don’t have the standard of the Iraqi engineer and the laborers and don’t have there cards, they also mess this up. So, the poor project ends up being run by a sailor as project manager, and that’s not all - they infect the mother company, and they start bringing in other sailors and ordinary people to run their projects, because they are cheaper and bringing in engineers would cost much more …And corruption seems to be the uniting theme here. There are projects that have been awarded before anyone knows about them, and they just go to unknown people and to mock companies, and there are illegal gifts going to the boss.Therefore, there is spending of money, but there is not any progress, and all the projects which been accomplished were only small business jobs and didn’t cost more than $20,000, but in the papers, they gross as much as $20,000,000.And all this is because of mismanagement and the wrong guys in the wrong place.I hope that if anyone can help to help, this will put an end to spending your money without accomplishing anything.I will speak about some of the projects so you will be able to judge whether maybe you can help with this.

The rebuilding of new Iraq.

Dear friends ,I told you that I am so busy that I don’t have the time to write for you about these great time that we have in Iraq ,but also u don’t want to miss this great chance ,to speak about what we are doing here ,there for I will try my best to speak as much as I can about ,the construction side in Iraq ,and this side is very important for both side ,because we are in together ,I mean you already are paying for these projects ,and you need to know where your money is going hoping ,that this will help to be as a reference for some of the major projects ,and also might help to engorge more people to participate in this processes .
I worked with a lot of companies since they started working in Iraq ,and I got a lot of experience from them ,many great people been here in Iraq ,and the where gorgeous to stay and work here side by side to us .
I worked hard because I love what I am doing ,but you know I couldn’t speak ,because of the security side ,and for safety of people around me, I got now my own company ,and I started that from nothing ,I was having nothing ,before that ,I was hardily enough my day ,I mean my expensive .
And step by step I started this company ,and I was getting more experience and more confident ,day by day ,I am very happy and proud with what I done ,I started alone ,now we are 5 presences in the management and the logistic support and we have a round 25 worker and foramens ,standby to started we are ready ,and we are expanding.
Also I want to give a worm and big thank to Christine, she is the one who helped me to grow and do that ,I know Christine, from my blog ,she was reading my blog ,and she send me an email ,asking me if I wish to work for an American company in Iraq ,she readied my CV from the site and she is interested offered me apposition ,to work as an architect in the Watsontown Group in Iraq ,and the are interested to interview me ,and after a couple of emails and phone calls with here and there manager in Iraq ,we end to work together ,and we where calling each other almost dally ,she was in the state and I was coordinating here in Iraq ,tell she arrived before 4 month's now ,we did a lot of things together ,to help Iraq ,to stand up on his feet again.
So I will started from tomorrow ,writing about the projects we did here .

We did It …

Hello ,every one ,nice to write again , but this time writing with the great feelings of victory and produces ,happy for what I saw on the day of the elections ,happy with the gorgeous of those people ,which they didn’t afraid from any thing in spite of every thing .
I would like in this a caution to greet my people and say good luck and stay strong to keep on we still got along way to democracy ,also I’d like to dedicate my sympathy to the families of the great and brave people ,who days in the day of the elections and sacrifices there life for Iraq ,to keep on ,and I also would like to say ,Thank you for all our new friends ,the supporters of the new free Iraq , I am here keep hard work for the new great Iraq ,with all great guys out side .
